Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Jewelry
  • Waist beads
  • Anklets
  • Earrings
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, when applicable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

All in-person and pop-up purchases are final sale.
